Sunday Sessions – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Sunday Sessions is a trading name of Jessica Klein, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Our sessions are designed to provide structured and collaborative space in which to dedicate time to self-directed work and projects.
By booking or attending a Sunday Sessions event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Sunday Sessions offers in-person gatherings and co-working sessions (“Sessions”).
Details, locations, and availability are listed on our website or social channels and may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any Session without notice.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Payments are processed securely via Revolut, through a payment link to our Revolut Pro account.
Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed by email.
Prices are stated in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled Session for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Session are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us by email at least 24 hours in advance.
If we need to cancel a Session, you will be offered either a full refund or credit towards a future Session.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at booking.
5. Personal Information & Data Protection
When you book a Session, we collect basic personal information (such as your name, email address, and payment confirmation) to process your booking and communicate with you.
Payments are processed by Revolut, and we do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Marketing Communications
You will only receive marketing emails or newsletters if you have explicitly opted in.
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting us directly.
7. Conduct at Sessions
Attendees are expected to be respectful, considerate, and responsible.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without refund.
8. Health, Safety, and Liability
Attendance at Sunday Sessions is at your own risk.
We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation, except where caused by our negligence.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and personal belongings during Sessions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and imagery associated with Sunday Sessions are owned by or licensed to us.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website, and the revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
